Hammond & Co are a boutique property management company who specialise in the premium end of the rental market. They offer a highly personalised and tailored experience for both owners and tenants.

To reflect their level of expertise, experience and market niche they desired an identity that communicated their professionalism in a way that wasn’t expected within the category, avoiding retail real estate cheese. Traditional estate agent cues provide an established feeling within the Hammond & Co wordmark, this restraint and conservatism is juxtaposed by playful copy lines and a vibrant accent green. A wordmark the commands respect, customised letterforms are carefully crafted to create perfectly balanced smallcaps to counter the larger bookend caps. The stationery set uses premium uncoated stocks, contrasted with a tangible highbuild ink for the wordmark, reinforcing high quality brand cues.
